What to Include
- Forecast issues: your ZIP code and what the calculator showed, so we can check the weather data for your town.
- School closings data: if your district closed (or stayed open) when we predicted the opposite, tell us — real-world results help us tune the calculator.
- Everything else: feedback, ideas and corrections are all welcome.
Response Time
We read every message and usually reply within 2–3 business days. Please note that we can't tell you whether your specific school is closed — only your school district can make that announcement. For the official word, check your district's website or app on the morning in question.
